Terms of Service
Last updated July 21, 2026
These Terms govern your use of EndSchool. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them — they are short on purpose, and a few of them are things you genuinely need to know before you decide whether to use this.
Who can use EndSchool. You must be 13 or older. If you are under 13, you may not create an account, and we will delete an account we learn belongs to someone under 13. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian read these Terms with you.
What EndSchool does, and who is asking for it. EndSchool acts inside your own school accounts, at your direction, using credentials you choose to connect. You are asking us to do the work — we are not acting on our own behalf, and we are not acting for your school. You remain responsible for anything submitted under your name, including reviewing it before it is turned in.
Your school’s rules are your responsibility. Using a tool to complete schoolwork may break your school’s academic-integrity policy, and automated access may break your learning platform’s terms of service. We do not decide those rules and we cannot protect you from them. Whether to use EndSchool, given the rules that apply to you, is your decision to make.
Acceptable use. Don’t use EndSchool for anyone else’s account, don’t use it to reach material you aren’t entitled to, don’t resell it or automate it beyond your own schoolwork, and don’t use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Your work is yours. You keep ownership of the schoolwork you put into EndSchool and of the drafts it produces for you. We use your content to run the service for you — and, as described in our Privacy Notice, that involves sending it to the providers who power the service. We don’t claim your work as ours and we don’t sell it.
What we don’t promise. EndSchool is provided as is. We don’t guarantee any particular grade or outcome, and we don’t promise that work will go undetected by any system. Automated tools break when platforms change, and we don’t promise uninterrupted service.
Limits on liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses — including academic penalties, lost grades, or loss of access to a school account. Some places don’t allow these limits; where that’s true, they don’t apply to you.
Paid plans. Some features require a paid subscription. Before you are charged we will show you the price, the billing period, and what you are agreeing to. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing settings, and cancelling is as easy as subscribing — cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless the law where you live requires it, or we agree otherwise in writing. If we change the price, we will tell you before the change takes effect and you will be able to cancel first.
Your data. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Notice.
Ending things. You can stop using EndSchool and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, where EndSchool is operated. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes. We may update these Terms. If we change them materially, we’ll say so on this page rather than quietly swapping it, and we’ll update the date at the top.
