EndSchool Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and the individual in Texas, USA, who runs EndSchool ("we"). EndSchool has two products: endschool.today (assignment completer) and HumanizeToday at humanizetoday.com and humanize.endschool.today (humanizer). By using either one, with or without an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use them. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your information.

2. Who can use them

You must be 13 or older. Our products are built for students in the United States; if you use them from somewhere else, you're responsible for following the laws where you are. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the products and to buy a plan; buying a plan means you have that permission.

3. What the products do

Automated tools and outside AI services write, rewrite and check text for you. Each product is described in section 15. We never turn in or submit your work for grading on your behalf.

4. No guarantees

Results are machine-made. They can be wrong, change your meaning, or read badly, so review everything before you use it. A result that "passed" passed the check shown, at the time we ran it. We don't promise that anything will pass another detector, a later check, a teacher or a school, or earn any grade.

5. Your responsibility

You're responsible for what you submit, for how you use the results, and for anything turned in under your name, including following your school's or employer's rules and the law.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit and of your results. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, change and store them, and to let our service providers do the same for us, so we can provide and improve the products and train our own AI models. For copies we already hold, this license continues after you stop using the products or delete your account. You confirm you have the right to submit what you submit.

7. Accounts, plans and limits

One account and one plan work for both products, and you're responsible for what happens on your account. Free use and each plan have limits on documents and words, shown on the site. How each product counts documents is in section 15.

8. Payment, renewal and cancelling

Our payment processor handles payments. Plans renew automatically every month or every year, at the price shown when you buy, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page at humanize.endschool.today/account (the Account link on both sites). Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. If we change the price of your plan, we'll email you 14 to 30 days before the new price applies, with how to cancel.

9. Credits and refunds

If a run returns nothing, the usage it spent is restored, automatically or when you email us. A run that returns our best draft counts as used. If you think a run failed because of us, email us and we'll restore what it used. Payments are otherwise not refundable unless the law requires it, but you're welcome to ask. If we shut the products down for good, we'll stop billing you and refund any unused time you've already paid for.

10. Acceptable use

Don't:

  • use someone else's account or sign-in, or reach documents or accounts you're not allowed to access;
  • share, sell or resell your account, or offer our results as a service to others;
  • use bots or scripts, submit in bulk, or scrape the products;
  • get around limits or security, for example by making extra free accounts;
  • interfere with, copy or reverse-engineer the products;
  • submit anything illegal or anything you don't have the right to submit.

11. Suspension and changes to the products

We may change, pause or stop any part of the products at any time, and we may suspend or close access that breaks these Terms. You can stop using the products at any time.

12. Disclaimer

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limit on liability

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: (A) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES, INCLUDING ACADEMIC OR DISCIPLINARY PENALTIES, LOST GRADES, LOST OR CHANGED DOCUMENT CONTENT, LOSS OF ACCESS TO AN ACCOUNT, OR LOST PROFITS; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$100.

14. Law, disputes and changes

Texas law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state courts of Williamson County, Texas, or the federal court covering that county, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. If part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Nothing here removes a consumer right that the law doesn't let you give up.

We'll post changes to these Terms here with a new effective date. For a significant change, we'll tell you on the site or by email before it applies; if you keep using the products after that, the new Terms apply.

15. Product details

endschool.today (assignment completer). You give us a link to your Google Doc and sign in to Google in a browser we run on our server. An AI service reads the assignment and writes answers, HumanizeToday rewrites and checks them, and we type them into your document. We type the way a person would: a run can change or move text already in the document, and we can't undo what's typed, so keep a copy first. Your Google account may belong to your school, and signing in through our browser may break your school's rules or Google's terms; that's your decision. Each answer uses at least one document, so an assignment with several questions uses several, and an answer we have to redo can use more. If you stop a run or close the page partway, answers already finished, or already sent for rewriting, still count as used.

HumanizeToday (humanizer). You paste text; we rewrite it, then check its meaning and run it through an AI detector. You get one of three things: a result that passed our checks, our best draft with its problems marked, or nothing. Each run counts as one document.
